UK: Trained in The Windermere Laboratory, The River Laboratory and The Eastern Rivers Group of Freshwater Biological Association, U.K. for age and growth studies of fishes by scales and opercular bones in 1989 and 1990 under the supervision of Dr. R.H.K. Mann, Dr. M. Ladle and Dr. C.A. Mills.
Canada: Trained in the Pacific Biological Station, Nanaimo, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada under the supervision of Dr. Richard Beamish for the age and growth study of fish by Otolith during September 2000.
